As a non-profit organisation, much of our work is grant-funded and has very specific community impact aims.

Its really important to us that we monitor each project as it happens, and that we evaluate the impact that we have had, as the project comes to a close.  Regular monitoring against what we set out to achieve allows us to keep adapting delivery along the way to make sure communities are getting what they need.

As well as collecting quantitative data along the way, we see great value from chatting with our participants and simply asking whether they're getting what they want from a project, or indeed what they want from any future work with us.  It's important to us that what we do is never assumed, but is in response to what the community needs and wants.
